Very much loved the 2 Degas shows now in London.
Degas as the collector, was an amazing show. He
collected over 500 works by other artists.
Delacroix, Ingres, Manet, Corot, etc. Ranging from
small etchings to large canvases. What a good thing
for a rich artist to do with his money. Seems as if
only Degas and Caillebotte were the big collectors at
that time.
Sorry don't have any scans of Degas to add in.
